PrestaShop repair: frequently asked questions

My PrestaShop store shows a blank page or error 500. What should I do?

Don’t upload anything blindly or restore a backup without checking the cause. Write to us: we will switch on debug mode, check the server logs and usually within minutes know which module, file or PHP setting failed.

I can’t log in to the PrestaShop admin panel.

We restore access to the panel without losing data: we reset the password in the database, check whether the account has been locked and look for signs of a break-in if anything looks suspicious.

Do you fix stores after a failed upgrade?

Yes, it happens a lot. We work out what was updated, get the store running again and then carry out the upgrade properly, on a copy.

How much does a PrestaShop store repair cost?
