Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains what data we collect on polska-presta.pl, why, and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Mysklep Sp. z o.o., ul. Poziomkowa 5, 32-095 Poskwitów, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 682-176-94-43, KRS: 0000515562, e-mail: support@polska-presta.pl.
2. Contact form
When you send the form, we process: your full name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number and store address, the subject and content of your message, the date and wording of the consent you gave, and your IP address (to protect against spam).
- Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How it is delivered: the message from the form is sent by e-mail to our mailbox – we do not store it in a database or in files on the website.
- Retention period: up to 12 months from when the message was sent; after that we delete it from the mailbox, unless we enter into a contract.
- Recipients: our hosting and e-mail provider, only to the extent necessary to run these services.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we cannot reply.
3. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). Just write to support@polska-presta.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
4. Cookies
On your first visit we show a banner where you decide which cookies you agree to. You can change this at any time: Cookie settings.

5. Changes to this policy
